Enter your student code and the URL where your application answers, for example http://193.40.157.99 or https://myname.duckdns.org. The resource and the extra field come from the last digit of your code. The checker calls every endpoint the assignment lists, in order, and shows what it expected and what came back. It deletes what it creates.
This page is for you: check as often as you like before the deadline. After the deadline the same calls are run against the URL you submit in Moodle. The git history, merge requests and the pipeline are reviewed by hand, not here.
